Zero-implicit-sharing approach

We only process data that is necessary to deliver product functionality, improve platform relevance, support account operations, and meet contractual or legal obligations.

High-Velocity Notification

WhatsApp Business Protocol

For time-sensitive procurement cycles, TenderKosh may use WhatsApp Business messaging for critical alerts, onboarding assistance, deadline reminders, and important workflow updates. This channel is never used for unsolicited spam.

Users can opt out of non-essential communication at any time. Where required, consent is captured before enabling alert workflows or direct messaging integrations.
