How are monthly and annual points handled?+
Annual customers get the full yearly points allocation up front. Monthly customers get one-twelfth of the annual points every billing month, refreshed monthly without rollover.
Which plans include tender document generation?+
Document generation is represented across the plan range: the free trial has limited access, Kosh Starter includes guided formats, Kosh Lite adds AI generation and reusable drafts, Kosh Pro adds advanced team templates, and Enterprise supports custom document templates and workflows. Usage remains subject to the plan's available points and product limits.
Can I buy more points later?+
Yes. Active customers can top up from inside the product wallet. The public pricing page only displays top-up packs so buyers understand the expansion path.
